Sperm Extraction

Testicular Sperm Aspiration (TESA)

A minimally invasive procedure where sperm is directly aspirated from the testicular tissue using a fine needle. Used for men with azoospermia (no sperm in the semen) or very low sperm production.

The retrieved sperm is used for ICSI, offering a chance at biological parenthood even with severe male factor infertility.

Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (PESA)

A simple, quick procedure in which sperm is collected from the epididymis through a fine needle. Ideal for men with obstructive azoospermia, previous vasectomy, or congenital absence of the vas deferens.

The collected sperm is used with ICSI, providing reliable fertilization outcomes.
